Grades K-12 - $200.00
Due at interview for enrollment This is a non-refundable fee (after acceptance).
Normal tuition payments begin in August and end May.

Important Note: Tuition "monthly payments" are not a monthly fee for school time, but an easier and less
burdensome way to make the total payment. Payments may be made:
1. One lump sum (Yearly Payment)
2. Two equal payments (Per Semester); the first ½ of tuition on 1 August, the second on 1 January.
3. 10 equal payments (Paid Monthly); Payments are each month August – May
4. 12 equal payments (Paid Monthly), Payments are each month June-May.
Tuition is due on the first (1st) of each month.
The first student for discount purposes is always the highest ranking (grade) student being enrolled.
Some extra-curricular activities may require extra funds. These will be collected at the time of the event.
NHCA is not for profit, but exists as a ministry of New Hope Fellowship. NHCA will not be in the debt collection
business, as we intend to spend our time and energy educating children. It is therefore incumbent upon you to honor your
commitments, and “let your yes, be yes…”
Any suggestions, complaints or requests concerning tuition payments should be directed to the NHCA Administrator, or
Pastor.
Students enrolling anytime after August 31 will pay a prorated tuition, based on the time they enroll.
No new enrollments for the current school year will be taken after the end of the 3rd nine week period.
