either the parents or New Hope Christian Academy believe the student should be
dismissed, there will be no reimbursement from monies paid or uniforms bought.

7.  The Student/Parent Consent Form from the Discipline Policy Manual should be turned
in at the interview also.

8.  The student will need school uniforms.  These are purchased from Campus Club.
Students starting school after school has begun will have 2 weeks to purchase uniforms.

Please note:  Even though we are making a way for a Junior or Senior High School Student
to be enrolled at New Hope Christian Academy based on their own walk with the Lord
Jesus, it is still our desire that the family be involved and committed to a local church.  This
school is based on a concerted effort of both the parents and the Academy in helping your
child grow spiritually and academically which always works better with the family being
involved together.
